The Challenge
A multi-branch retail chain in Tamil Nadu was running each of its 8 outlets on separate Excel sheets and standalone billing software. Stock counts were always out of date, inter-branch transfers needed phone calls, and the head office had no real-time view of sales. End-of-day reconciliation took 3 hours per branch.
Our Solution
Built a centralised cloud-hosted ERP covering inventory, GST billing, purchase, sales, and accounts. Each branch logs in from their PC; head office sees a real-time dashboard. We migrated 4 years of legacy data from Excel and Tally, ran a 2-week parallel-run period, and trained the staff in Tamil. Razorpay integration handles online orders; WhatsApp Business API sends daily branch reports automatically.
