The Challenge
A 200-bed multi-speciality hospital in Trichy was running on a 10-year-old legacy HMS that couldn't handle the new NABH digital-records requirements. Patient files were still mostly paper. Insurance claim submission took 48-72 hours per patient. Doctors complained the system slowed them down.
Our Solution
Built a modern, browser-based HMS covering patient registration, appointments, EMR, pharmacy, billing, lab integration, and discharge summaries. Doctors get a touch-friendly tablet interface; nursing stations get a fast-typing workflow. We did the migration in 3 phases (OPD first, then IPD, then pharmacy) over 4 months so the hospital never stopped operating. Cashless insurance pre-auth now auto-fills from the EMR.
