• Pricing, payment terms, and applicable taxes (GST)
• Timelines and acceptance criteria
• Support, warranty, and post-launch terms
• Confidentiality and intellectual-property ownership

In case of any conflict between these Terms and a signed SoW, the SoW will prevail.

4. Quotations & Proposals

Quotations and proposals issued through our website or by our sales team are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed only after we understand your detailed requirements.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and source code - is the property of Ruban Softwares and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written permission.

For client engagements, intellectual property ownership of deliverables is transferred to the client upon full payment, as detailed in the signed SoW.

6. Confidentiality

Any information you share with us through the contact form or during a consultation is treated as confidential. We do not disclose project details to third parties without your consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
