A growing NBFC was processing 800+ loan applications a month manually. Documents came over email and WhatsApp, KYC was on paper, CIBIL pulls were one-off, sanctioning required 4 sign-offs over 5 days. Customer drop-off after enquiry was 60%. Compliance audits were a quarterly nightmare.
Our Solution
Built a custom LOS with a customer-facing application portal (mobile + web), integrated Karza/Signzy for digital KYC and bank-statement analysis, automated CIBIL/Experian pulls, configurable credit-decisioning rules (the credit team can tweak without us), e-sign via NSDL eSign, and instant disbursement via RazorpayX. All RBI-mandated audit trails are immutable in a separate ledger table.
